Doctor did not show up for the assigned web call. After waiting 5 minutes after my assigned appointment time, I received a phone call from a random number that turned out to be the dr. Although in the intake I asked for a full evaluation explaining the different products available and how they could best help me, I instead was only given a less than 3 minute phone call telling me I was approved due to my condition. Very puzzling experience but I suppose if you just want a quick and easy approval, here is the place to get that.

It was an easy process. The actual appointment took about 3 minutes and was obviously just a quick way to make $75.00. The Doctor was in a hurry and not interested in anything but getting through it as quickly as possible.

The doctor does not speak good English and talks too fast. It's hard to understand what she is saying.

Couldn’t understand my rep I thought I was gonna have my usual doctor talk. It was an over the phone conversation the video zoom chat never worked. Just unsatisfied that day.

Would be 5 stars, but the representative was VERY difficult to understand due to her accent.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful leading up to the appointment. The doctor was a different doctor then I've seen before and was very very hard to understand and rushed through so fast I had no clue what she even said to me.

The girls who were available for questions were wonderful and helpful. But the doctor was hard to understand when she called me for my recertification. But was only on phone for about 2 minutes - so short process for sure.
