I ordered the "Dear Person" sweatshirt. OMG - horrible! It looked NOTHING like pic on website! Had a phrase on front that I never saw on the shirt and it looked like a 10 year old ironed words on it. Horribly made and the phrase was at the top of the sweatshirt where the hat covers it. Will never order anything from this company again!!!

Never received my order. They are a China based company. I’ve sent emails and left a couple of messages….no response!

I echo all of the one star reviews written here - Sending emails, calling their (nonexistent) Customer Service (with zero responses) and notifying American Express and the BBB - This company should be shut down - They are thieves and con artists and their merchandise is inferior garbage.

Awful customer service. Do not buy from this company. The phone line is not manned and no one answers emails. I have a return and cannot get it to them as they do not let you know the return address.

Scam ‼️ordered a sweater that looked nothing like the picture. Poor quality material.

Ordered on October 19th and still haven't received it (2 November) despite paying expedited shipping...

Made in China garbage. Everything manufactured by these people is rubbish.

First, Oprah should not endorse this company. She probably didn't! Second, very poor customer return response. I've sent an excessive number of emails just to get the return address. No reply! Third, the quality of the items I ordered.... very poor. Cheaply made/constructed. Lastly, the website redirects emaiI.. occasionally to a kids watch site. Absolutely a bad choice!!!! I too wish I had read the reviews prior to the purchase. I'm fwding the company name to the BBB and my States Attorney General Fraud office, Oprah, in addition to my credit card company. Very disappointing!! Stuck with it for now! 👎👎👎
