SCAM-DO NOT BUY! Tel# Listed for contact is disconnected. Red flag!!!

As of 11/26/2023 my first post about the sweater set I received. Today is 12/7/2023 no answer from the number listed on the web, straight to voice mail, a New York #(929) 566-1325. My comfy blouse.com tells you to request an exchange or they won't except your return. Well, if you answer the phone or send the correct instructions this could all be avoided. This is definitely a buyer BEWARE situation!!! Sincerely disgruntled in Jamestown California.

Scam Company . Ordered sweater on Nov 8. Never received . have sent numerous emails that are all answered by BOTS that say they will update info and tracking but dont. Item has been in transit for a month. Asked for refund and left message on phone # provided with no response.

I have received items that fit and I kept. But one item was not sewn properly. One side of the top is longer than the other. I asked for a return label the same day and explained the problem. They did not get back to me until the 3rd day and gave me a 5% discount. I did not want the discount and have been going back and forth with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They say that they stand by their item but they are not willing to rectify the problem. SHAME ON THEM!!!

This company is a scam! I tried to return an item and each time I reached out to them to get a return authorization I got an automated message which said that they will get back to me in 2-3 days. They asked me the same question several times, each time taking several days to get back to me. Then after 2 weeks of this they said that they couldn't accept my return because it was out side of the return window. The item was not as pictured in any way other than the color. Don't waste your money!

Ordered the sharkie blankets and got them and they are not true to size. Trid to return them and it's nothing but run around with this business.

BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I emailed every day for over 3 weeks before anyone contacted me even though I was a returning customer - my order contained the INCORRECT items - ones I had not ordered. And yet, I was told I had to pay for them to be sent back. It was going to cost me AUD $47 to return! I will NEVER EVER buy again! They are SCAM and CRIMINAL in their dealings and their customer service is ABOMINABLE!!!!

I ordered a sweater September 11 2023 and still have not received it! Order number 61305 ultra soft button down cardigan. I have called and left numerous messages and also sent emails, no response. I just want the sweater or my money back. Please contact me .I don’t have $50.00 to throw away.
