WARNING THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! They freaking suck..in every level from purchasing issues to delivery issues to non delivery of item. I ordered 2 items and yet they were sent in 2 different packages AFTER waiting 10 days for shipping confirmation not to mention the actual shipping time (over 1 mth total). I emailed multiple times with an automated email saying we will get bk to you and when they do it just to tell you their terms n conditions on refund/returns!! DONT GET SCAMMED like me!!! Buy from AMERICA (their out of china..go figure)!!!

I wish I read these reviews. This is a horrible company with very poor quality items. I ordered a dress and it DOE NOT match the description. Poor quality

I can't believe that all these reviews went through what I've through. This company sucks, it seems like it's a scum. Phone number in website is not in service, email responses are frustrating. Don't trust this company.

Ordered a dress. Nothing like what was advertised, cheap material and did not fit properly. After 8 very direct emails I was able to get through all of the automatic replies that never answer your direct concerns. The website says that returns are allowed and they will send a shipping label. Then in the emails it is states they do not provide shipping labels and all shipping for the return would be at my cost. The email that I originally emailed is not even the direct email that is advertised on their website. The responding email was from an entirely different company. So suspicious and misleading. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. you can't even leave a review on their website which is alarming enough.

I would not give them one star if I could. Money spent on something completely useless. When I received it, it did not include an inscription or instruction manual what so ever in the package. The battery pack was nowhere to be found, was not sent with the sweater. The quality of the sweater is as if it was made out of a garbage bag material so it’s not useful even without everything. The add clearly shows the battery pack is included, also in the video and photos and descriptions on the add shows and describe it with the order. I immediately reached out multiple ways to the company that were invalid phone numbers and emails. I finally received one email with an automated message stating I can buy a battery pack on the website but a refund cannot be issued. These products are falsely advertised and I have photos and videos to prove it as well as the description of the add it was ordered from. This seems like a scam at this point. Nobody has returned my call or emails or issued a refund regarding this matter.
