Placed an order with this company over 6 weeks ago and have never received my items. I tried emailing them and only get back a canned email response. I can't log into the website as there is no way to see if there is a tracking number. Never one time did I receive a confirmation email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I should have also looked at reviews before ordering.... outfit is way too big...like everyone else on here I tried the phone # ... disconnected...I emailed 6 times no response.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I purchased from My Comfy Blouse; when I looked at their website, it seemed like a "regular" store and I had no idea they were some scam company in China 😒😠 They say they do returns but I've emailed them so many times at this point and the couple responses I've gotten have been super vague and ignore my request for a refund. The dress I ordered is WAY too big and extremely poorly sized and feels like it was printed on a shower curtain. Learned my lesson here for sure and will be looking up any and every company I order from from now on.

Items were nothing like the images shown on the website. They give an email address to use to return items, I have sent 4 emails and no response. They post a phone number on their website that is not in service.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They never sent me a tracking number, even after waiting the requested 7 days and then sending an email. It finally did arrive and it was the wrong color. Not sure how you confuse beige with green but that is what happened. I tried to call the number to request an exchange and the number is not in service. Scam company. Don’t buy!!!

This company will make it very difficult to return and get reimbursed for any item. I received a defective items..and they would NOT refund me and wanted me to pay to ship the item to China for a partial refund. I am lucky because I purchased with PayPal and asked them to intervene. 2.5 months later, PayPal did refund me. This company is NOT where you want to do business.. DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY LOWER PRICES FOLKS!

Scammers. Sent completely d different items then what was ordered and won't refund. Basically sent back a email saying sometimes we substitute items when they are out. $70 thrown away because I needed a specific colored dress to be a bridesmade and they sent me a different dress in a pattern plus a shirt that wasn't right either. Stopped responding to emails. Company is in China but you don't know until your item doesn't arrive quickly and you look up tracking.
