DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Delivery time was very long. Once arrived one of my items was incorrect. No customer service at all. Just repeated bot responses in a circle telling me the order was correct despite my clear evidence that it was not. Kept telling me it was good quality and to gift it to some one else. Refused to provide a refund or provide the correct item.

Negative 2000 stars. I ordered for my two kids in November 21,2023 for Christmas presents. It’s January 2nd and still haven’t arrived. Original track number said shipped from Italy. When I reached out and got constant robot responses said here is right tracking… from China. Still Nothing!! I’m disputing charges on my credit card first thing tomorrow. STAY AWAY!!!

To måneder etter bestilling har jeg fremdeles ikke mottatt varene. Etter å ha kontaktet kundeservice ble jeg henvist til en generell "problemløser" som ikke ga noe hjelp eller svar i det hele tatt. "Sporing" som fulgte ordren viser tilsynelatende at varen har ankommet Bergen (??) 30 dager etter bestilling, og her stopper alt. Skal visstnok ha blitt fortollet der, og siden dette har det ikke skjedd noe. Penger tapt, det er vel bare å glemme hele greia. IKKE bestill noe som helst fra dette firmaet.

If I could go lower than a one I would. Placed my order in November and still have not received it. Try to contact "support" and you just go in a loop online. No such company at the address they provide. Lesson learned. Stay away.......... Far Far away from this company.

After one month from my order, I received a totally wrong item, completely different from what I had ordered !!! And after a long exchange of messages I found out that there is no return or refund policy even for a mistake they did …. They just wrote that I had to buy a new item !!!! My kid was expecting this gift for Christmas present and you can imagine the disappointment. AWFUL SERVICE- MONEY LOST - NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THIS SITE

Dreadful. Ordered item on 11 October today is the 22nd December and still nothing. When trying to contact all you get is a computer generated response asking you to be patient and the delivery is on its way! Don't buy from !! I am waiting for a refund........
