DO NOT ORDER! I spent $70+ on a medal hanger in the beginning of December. It's been two months and still no item. We've gone back and forth via email and they continue assuring me it's coming, yet the tracking stopped in early January. So if you can't locate the item, you can't guarantee the arrival. I've requested a refund and they continue to put me off. I'm reporting this with my bank and whoever else I think can shut them down.

If I can give zero stars I would. We’re going on 3 months and still have not received my order and they will not give me a refund. Unacceptable!!! Do not use them.

Terrible costumer service. I placed an order for my kids December 2nd and it was supposed to arrive before Christmas. It never came and I am still waiting for the items. The tracking number provided only says that it is in the way nothing else. I requested a refund for the items since it was supposed to be a Christmas present and they denied. I don’t want the items anymore I just want my money back. They don’t care.

I have still not received my purchase. I placed my order on December 3, 2024 so that I could receive it before Christmas. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son. When submitting the order it states that it would take 7 to 14 days for me to receive the item. It has been longer than that. Today is December 31, 2024, and I received an update stating it is in Norman, 73070. Do not order from here.

It took 2 months to get my order. The purchase was birthday gifts. After the birthdays passed and I had not received my order, I ask for a refund. I got an email stating I could get a refund because they had been shipped. A month later I received them. Very poor quality…junk!!!

Please stay away... The overpriced metal medal holder took a month to arrive from China and the quality is so poor I wanted to cry and did not want to give it as a gift to my daughter. Scam!!

I ordered the medal holder with sports personalization (cycling and running) and the first name for $44. I receive a product with just the name. I immediately report the anomaly and request a refund or return a product that conforms to the order. I am told that my product is compliant and I am offered compensation of $3 which I refuse I repeat my request, I am told again that my product is compliant despite the photo of the product ordered and that of the product received. non-serious site I strongly advise against

Took ages to post, tracking information inaccurate. Part of order eventually arrived 2 months after ordering it, 2nd part of order never turned up and company don’t respond to emails.
