Dont use it i want to clean my pc and i use this app now my pc got the blue screen of death

I too was suckered in by online reviews rating MyPCClean as one of the best and cost effective PC cleaners on the market. I paid the $19.95 yearly subscription which seemed reasonable and downloaded it. On install a pop up came up telling me to ring a USA phone number to activate my account though. Being in the UK I realised that would cost me a fortune, so used the live chat service to question if that was the only way to do it. An agent thsnkfully activated it for me as I had also been subscribed to the live 24/7 technical support service free for the first month too unknowingly. I used the cleaner and haven't noticed much improvement, but I also haven't used my laptop much to notice it either. A month later I am charged another $19.95. Hang on! This is no longer cheaper that Norton or any reputable company I could have used. Yep, they've got me on the monthly subscription to the live tech support haven't they! F#@kers! I've had to use the live tech support to get them to cancel it, but they will only do that from next month. Good scam that. 👏 Just praying that they definitely cancel it for next month now. In fact going by other reviews I'd better cancel my yearly renewal too or else they'll get me on that next year too. 🤔 I definitely DON'T recommend that PC Cleaner and wish I'd read these reviews beforehand now. GAHHH!

I contacted the firm] on July 17, 2023, to download and try their software. BEFORE downloading, the representative (Rep) asked for my payment method I referred him to PayPal. Instead of getting the free software, the Rep submitted 2 payments of $22.01 ea.to PayPal He downloaded the software and said that for a year subscription, it will cost me $199.00! Under these circumstances, I promptly canceled the"free" download. However, I never received a refund of $44.02. It appears to me, that the Firm's advertising is false.

After purchasing McCleanPC, I am being charged $19.95 service charge. I did not authorize this amount. Before giving this company your credit card information (which I would not, personally) make sure you understand that the actual software purchase is just the tip of the iceberg.

I was sold a subscription for $518 the sales person and website says there is a 30 day guarantee for refund - I did not use the service and tried to cancel after 7 days - they said they would only refund half of my money - Also they were very rude!
