All of the staff that I worked with was informative and helpful
All of the staff that I worked with was extremely informative and helpful. Teejay assisted with ending the cyber attack I was under from a business partner. Michael helped me after the restart of my computer to ensure that my accounts had 2-step authentication enabled and everything was safe. I would highly recommend this company!!

Great customer service & Technicians
The great customer service the technicians are very knowlegable and so patient with us older folks love this company.

Excellent job by Alvin Jason Maligaya of US Tech Support
Alvin Jason Maligaya did a superb job fixing the no audio problem on my computer today. Alvin was very pleasant and professional at all times. He made sure I understood what was done and what caused the problem with the audio which was much appreciated. Thank you, Alvin.

These guys know what they are doing
These guys know what they are doing! They mean business. Since I am 72years old I am not as tech saavy as I used to be when I was older. Pedro has a lot of knowledge and patience for people like me.
