My Chess SetsReviews of mychessets.com

Great service and luxury set! Had some questions and Dan took great care of every detail! Even responsive on the weekend. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

I ordered a chess set as a staff appreciation gift on a weekend and Dan e-mailed me right back. I had a lot of questions since I have never used My Chess Sets and Dan was quick to get back and customized it to all of my preferences. We gave it to the staff person and he absolutely loved the set. The inscription was beautiful and the chess set although reasonably priced, looked very expensive and luxurious. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!!

I want to express my gratitude to the customer support -Dan- for the prompt and quick responses all the time, they answered all and any query very quickly and honestly. Also the product I received is very elegant exactly like the pictures at the website, I feel it’s very genuine and good quality, I like it and I’m sure I will order another fantastic products again.

Dan was very helpful, and I really love my chess set :)

I ordered this beautiful Chess Sets as a birthday present to my son. Chess arrived on time and very well wrapped to prevent damage. I highly recommend this company not just for quality and affordable price but also with excellent customer service with very good, fast and friendly communication when I needed to change a personalised label. Thank you so much!

Board is beautiful. Probably the best board I've ever seen!
