My Chess SetsReviews of mychessets.com

They took care of all the tariffs imposed to my purchase.

Achat magnifique, jeu d'échec en parfait état, arrivé en 5 jours en France pour Noël. Je recommande à 100% 🥰

I added engraving to my son’s chess set by mistake and when I realized he didn’t want it, I quickly went back to your site to contact someone. The texting service you provide is so fast and helpful. I was able to cancel the engraving within minutes and it didn’t disrupt my order at all. The person I was texting with was so helpful and fast to respond, I am extremely impressed! Thank you for the great service. I will definitely be using your company for all of my chess set needs.

I recently ordered a chessboard from MyChessSets.com, and although it arrived with a small imperfection on one corner, the company handled my concern with exceptional professionalism. Their customer service person, Dan, responded quickly, communicated clearly, and was incredibly polite throughout the entire process. To make things right, they generously sent me a free set of chess pieces, which was far beyond what I expected. Their kindness, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers truly impressed me. I highly recommend MyChessSets.com—not only for their quality products, but for their outstanding customer service.

Great communication from Dan. Was a great help and answered any queries promptly. Chess set arrived and even better than I thought it would be. High quality and something that will be passed down to the next generation eventually.

It was a gift and my friends loved it! They said it was great quality and a perfect fit for their game room

A really beautiful and elegant chessboard! I had some issues with the courier, who insisted on charging customs fees, but My Chess Sets refunded all the extra costs. I’m very satisfied!

I want to thank Dan and the team for delivering a beatiful chess set and board. I opted for the 3.85” Professional Colombian Style Staunton Chess Set - Boxwood & Golden Rosewood with Golden Rosewood Board. I’ve already played chess using my new set with my partner many times. We both love it. The weight of te pieces and design are sublime. Wanting to protect my pieces, I also chose Chess Storage Box Dual Tray Design - Brown Leatherette, which makes me feel that this chess set will last many generations. There’s something that adds deep satisfaction and adds to the enjoyment of my game. The set and box came extremely well packaged and protected. If I ever feel the need to buy another set, this is where I’ll be coming.
