MyCase is very user friendly. It's a great way for clients and a law office to stay on top of their case. It can be done from anywhere at any time. I love the convenience of being able to pull it up from anywhere and review postings or documents someone has uploaded. It's a client's way of managing their case and staying in touch with the staff on all issues. Our clients and staff all love it!

I've been using Mycase for over a year. It's a great software to keep my cases organized, my clients informed and to easily share information in a secure way. My clients have enjoyed the ease of access Mycase provides to me, to their case file and to payment options.

All the SaaS projects have reminder or notification system, but Mycase don't have any reminders. This is a huge lacking thing.

This app really changed my life. Billing my clients and keeping track of what they owe me has never been easier. I love the fact that I can carry over a previous balance and add it to a new invoice. My clients like the "trust history" feature. This app keeps improving and I just cannot wait for the time when it will be possible to do a conflict check at the time of adding a case.

This service is great for solo practitioners and smaller firms that want to give their clients access to all case documents, deadlines, billing, and other things. The billing system is built-in, and the ease of use is exceptional. There are additional features that would be helpful, such as pre-billing, that are not yet available. And there is no document management system for evidence. Other than that, though, the system is great. Its best feature for me is the fact that it permits client access.

Great software as a service product as a simple solution for attorneys.

MyCase is great for a solo practitioner like myself. My assistant and my associate work remotely much of the time and it is easy to delegate tasks and manage everyone's projects. It is also very easy to learn and my staff has picked up on it quickly. It is accessible anywhere and lets me stay organized regardless of where I and my employees are. I would recommend it to anyone looking for file management software to manage a growing practice. I wish there was a little more control over client and billing reports, but they can be exported to csv files which lets me manipulate the information easily with a spreadsheet program.

For the most part, I find MyCase very useful both in keeping track of all aspects of my cases and in keeping us in touch with our clients. Our clients like the ability to send messages to the staff, see their payments, review documents, etc. Some clients complain that it is too cumbersome to log into a website and would rather email directly. Often once they see the usefulness these complaints usually go away. I do have a problem with one aspect of Mycase, the email integration. This is quite cumbersome. The idea is great, but in reality, it does not work well. I also wish we had the ability to edit the invoice forms or create our own.
