My case is perfect for my 4 person firm. The billing and time management are simple and effective. I've recommended it many times. Customer service is responsive and helpful. The document generation option should either be improved or scrapped though

This is my first venture into practice management software. I have been pretty satisfied with the way the software works. I have been very satisfied with customer service and the "bonus" information and webinars. There are quite a few features I have not used and just have not had time to learn them. There are a few improvements I would make such as in the handling of email, folders, etc., but overall I'm satisfied.

With MyCase I save many hours a month in billing and have been able to track billable hours much more efficiently and effectively. MyCase also makes it far simpler to assign and track tasks assigned to staff.

Ultimately, it's a great program, but there are some improvements I'm looking forward to, such as: 1) A more fully functional App. 2) more in-depth reporting. I want to be able to run reports of invoices written for the week, payments received for the week, hours billed for the week by Practice Area, etc. 3) better integration with Quickbooks. I don't want to have to keep rectifying accounts receivable between the two. A solution to rectifying expenses between the two would be nice (though I imagine difficult). 4) the addition of a "journal" that tracks everyone's activities on a file. 5) better document integration.

I like MyCase because of all the customization. You can add/change essentially whatever you want to make it work for your type of practice. The one down side is the constant download/upload of documents. We have only been using it for approximately a month, but so far, I would recommend it.

My practice requires that I sort my time between in-court and out of court. The invoicing system is not able to accommodate this and I have had to do a spreadsheet workaround to achieve this. I have had two open tickets for technical support, one of which I had to resolve myself and the other has yet to be resolved after more than three weeks.

We are just starting this with my solo law practice and haven't learned all of the nooks and crannies yet. We love the program so far.

MyCase has generally been great both in office and for the clients. Also, the tech support/customer service is excellent. However, there are somethings that in my opinion take too many clicks. For example, when a client is assigned to a case, why not have all the same information available on both the client and case information screens? No reason to have to click both to get all the case/client information, but maybe other feel differently. As for the mobile app, well it needs a lot of work. (i.e. Tasks don't always mark as completed and can't view other's calenders even with full access) All in all keep up the good work and keep the updates coming!
