My office could not function as smoothly as it does without MyCase. We are hooked!

I am a completely satisfied consumer at this point but know that the product will continue to be enhanced with additional functionality. The designers are great at organizing and covering bases; I have faith it is simply a matter of time before many more useful features are rolled out. Customer service deserves an outstanding review for their courtesy, promptness, and knowledge. I love using MyCase and I love telling people about how great it is!

I feel like I really have a handle on my job and what I need to do for the first time in 24 years. My clients can see their case documents and calender, so I have less "status" calls. I have more time to get my work done. The workflow is a great feature. I wasn't sure what it was when I started (I signed up for the calender and document sharing), now it may be the best feature. I have only tapped 25% of what this program can. I learn new things every week.

My concern about MyCase is that the government is reading all the documents I put online or on the cloud - so to speak. I will not put anything, particularly health related, on the internet not will I put any kind of documents related to children. That being said, everything I do put on is organized, is easy to get to and is always available. While I still have paper files having my law office available where ever I am is very nearly like having your cake and eating it too! This program is a charm. The cost is great & whenever we have had any kind of issues about anything related to the program the folks at MyCase take care of the problem or issue immediately. MyCase and the folks that make it up have my complete confidence.

I decided to go back into private practice as a solo practitioner almost a year ago. While it has been difficult getting re-established, My Case has been a great choice. I researched carefully before picking it, and I have not been disappointed. It meets my needs, and I haven't even tapped into all the features that it offers. I especially have enjoyed the ability to use it from anywhere, anytime with just my smartphone.

Not only has this product made my life easier, with more time to spend on billable hours, but when I don't know how to make something work, the support team is amazing!

MyCase takes the drudgery of filing for the solo and small firm and makes it easy, while combining communication with client. My clients love its ease of use.

As a solo practitioner, I was first and foremost looking for something reasonably priced to help me manage my practice, as well as something online and accessible wherever I was. I tried a few of the free online case management programs and they just didn't have many features. Then I started doing the trial months for the big ones; and after looking around and lots of testing, MyCase had the best features, the easiest navigation and the most integration with everything else I was using. Plus, my clients love the interface and creating a profile with pictures of their kids. It helps them feel more connected to me personally and makes my firm more approachable to more people.
