Simply put: MyCase is the BEST case management solution available! In terms of features, MyCase has everything: Document management and assembly, scheduling, task management, mobile connectivity (attorney and client), and more! MyCase is also one of few case management solutions that offers a "client portal" whereby clients can access important case information, documents, dates, and exchange secure messages with his or her attorney. In terms of support, the MyCase support team has always been there to answer my questions and provide fast resolution of any technical issues. In terms of price, MyCase is much more affordable than other (less feature-packed) case management solutions out there.

I began using MyCase approximately one year ago and have been pleasantly surprised in the difference it has made in my solo law practice. First, I have never received so many positive comments about how quickly I respond to client emails! But having case information and communications in one place has dramatically improved my response time. Second, the task and billing functions have improved my productivity and profitability, respectively (especially the ability to post invoices and accept client payments within the portal). I have already recommended MyCase to colleagues.

I've been a MyCase user for a couple of months and now can't imagine working without it. The billing and time-keeping is intuitive, and my clients love the detailed invoicing I provide them using MyCase. The ability to create my own fields have allowed me to tailor the software to my specific area of practice. And the built-in communication hub keeps my clients informed automatically as their case progresses. This has helped cut down on the time and energy I need to expend keeping my clients updated.

I'm a solo-practitioner with little time, and this software does it all for me. The time-keeping, book-keeping, credit-card processing, calendaring and sharing documents with clients in an easy-to-access online setting. Plus, my clients love being able to log on and see their bills and documents and calendared events so they always know what is going on.

Mycase.com is the best thing to happen to my practice in 13 years. It is keeping me on schedule and on top of all of my cases like nothing I have ever used before. I can't say enough about it. Don't tell the owners of mycase.com because they might want to charge much more for it in the future.

I have tried several computer-based and/or cloud-based practice management systems. MyCase is by far the easiest to use, and keeps all the information I need at my fingertips. I can access information from my computer, tablet or phone. It is really helping me keep track of things!
