Best Case management system in the Cloud

I've been using MyCase for about a year now and it offers all of the functionality I was looking for in a case management system. On the few occasions I've run into minor technical nuisances, they've been very helpful in working it out on their end and continue to improve the product.

We were using Intuit products that had different information across different platforms. MyCase makes it easy to see all the information in one place. Our incoming phone calls from clients have decreased as they can easily track what is being done for their case, also lessening the need to make "update phone calls". This allows the firm to concentrate on the areas that are most needed.

This has been one of our best investments.

MyCase is very easy to learn and use. The support people are very responsive to questions. MyCase handles most items of my practice easily though there are a couple of changes I would like to see.in terms of associating clients with matters and companies. I would highly recommend MyCase to anyone.

As a paralegal, it is important to have a functional and practical software program. My case has made my job much easier, which allows me to get more work done. My boss made a great decision when he signed up for my case!
