I've used other office management programs, and My Case is by far the easiest to use, and the support service is second to none.

I represent a Mexican Firm and eventhough some of my associates don't speak English, they have been able to fully use MyCase without an issue. The thing is, it is really easy to understand and use. It's intuitive.

This software is cost effective and easy to learn for a new start up firm. I am a solo practitioner and utilized My Case for several years before I hired any staff. Low overhead is key to a beginner. I have never had service issues and any questions I have are answered promptly. I recommend My Case to any attorney who is contemplating a change and wants hassle free billing and documents storage. My tech savvy clients also love the availability and payment options. Four years later, and with many more clients, I will continue to recommend it.

We had a list of questions we needed addressed when we first started using MyCase, so we set up an appointment to have our staff sit in on a meeting remotely with Drew, a MyCase staff member. Drew was able to thoroughly explain his answers to our questions and was honest when something wasn't necessarily fixable yet, but in the works. I felt assured in the end that any concerns we had would be presented to the MyCase team and eventually taken care of if a solution wasn't ready quite yet.
