I only had 1 item my grandson wanted for Christmas. I always keep a promise. I didn’t receive it yet. When ordered it didn’t say out of stock . Now I’m waiting to have it come from China. Very disappointed.

One of the 3 items ordered arrived today. I was very disappointed that it’s just a bunch of random bags crammed into a bubble wrap envelope with an instruction booklet. I was expecting it in a box. Hopefully none of the pieces are broken and they are all there.Also, the package reeks like cigarettes. However, that may be from the delivery driver. I am hoping the other 2 items arrive by Christmas and are packaged better. The tracking is very difficult to understand.

No order confirmation, no shipping notification. Ordered item 11-24-2022. It is now 12/8/2022 and item still not shipped. Emailed customer service twice with no response in over 48 hours. Feels like a scam! Will be reporting the business.

Sorry about the missing order communication. If you did not receive any shipping notification from us, We encourage you to check your promotional folder and spam folder. Our emails do tend to get filtered there by your email provider despite our best intentions.

Charged me for something the didn't have in stock which cost me money on the USD exchange both for purchase and refund. They should wait to charge the card until ready to ship!

We understand your upset. But it is the rule of Paypal and we have nothing to do with it. Also, this is the way to protect both sellers and buyers. Normally when you pay, paypal credit the seller upfront for you so that there is no delay in the despatch of your item and then paypal will wait for your funds to finish transfering through to paypal to reimburse them. You have up to 180 days to open a dispute with PayPal for an item not received or an item received but not as described. Your bank charged the exchange fee, maybe you can try to contact the credit card to reimburse the cost.

I am missing quite a few pieces to finish my purchase. I got about 90% of the way finished and the instructions were calling for pieces I didn’t have any more of. I don’t know if some of the bags of pieces never made it in the package considering it was stuffed to the full with what pieces I received.
