There are two items in your order, they are shipped by Fedex and DHL separately, and both delivered successfully in January. Our customer service will contact you with the email you left in your order to follow up.

My purchase had a lot of missing pieces. I still have not received my missing pieces. I sent an email, asking for an update and never got a response. This was my 5th purchase from building blocks and I am extremely disappointed.
