I'll be waiting almost a month for missing pieces .. Which is absolutely ridiculous .. I would not recommend this company to anybody whatsoever .. Obviously they have no quality control & Obviously they don't give a crap about their customers .. or else i would've had my missing pieces weeks ago

It is taking time to prepare and send the replacement parts from our manufactory in China. But there is an option that you can order the replacement parts from Lego or a retail store, and send the invoice to us and we are happy to reimburse the cost for the missing pieces.

I purchased a bat wing model kit and there was a bag of missing pieces. I contacted the company and never heard a response. I sent them a photo of the manual showing the missing pieces as stated on the website. I had to purchase the replacement pieces from Lego since I did not hear from the company. After leaving a previous negative review I then heard back from the company. The representative stated to go ahead and send them a copy of the invoices that I paid to Lego for replacement parts and they will reimburse me. I never heard back from the company. There is no way in good conscious I can give this company or their service a positive review.
