Attending the Kentucky Derby has always been a dream of mine, and Bucket List Events absolutely exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, elevated, and unforgettable. A special shout‑out to Ben, who was phenomenal throughout the entire process. He was organized, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful—especially when it came to coordinating travel with my aging parents. He handled logistics with patience and care, made sure accommodations and transportation were comfortable and manageable for them, and gave me complete peace of mind knowing they were well supported. That level of attentiveness made a huge difference and allowed all of us to fully enjoy the weekend. Every detail was thoughtfully coordinated—from accommodations and transportation to celebrations leading up to race day—so we could focus on the experience rather than the planning. Race day itself was electric. The atmosphere at Churchill Downs was unforgettable—historic, glamorous, and buzzing with excitement. Standing there in Derby attire, mint julep in hand, surrounded by thousands of people sharing the same anticipation felt surreal. Beyond the race, the curated events and overall flow of the weekend struck the perfect balance between structure and flexibility. Everything felt special without ever feeling overwhelming. If the Kentucky Derby is on your bucket list (and it should be), I truly can’t imagine a better way to do it. Bucket List Events—and Ben in particular—turned what could have been a complex trip into an effortlessly joyful, once‑in‑a‑lifetime experience.

Our Kentucky Derby experience was absolutely unforgettable from start to finish - truly a 5 star weekend in every sense! Friday's horse farm tour and Bourbon tasting set the tone perfectly. Getting up close to the horses, learning about their history and care, and then transitioning into a thoughtfully curated Bourbon experience made for such a unique and authentic kickoff to the weekend. Saturday- the big day- completely exceeded expectations! Our seats were phenomenal, offering incredible views amd an electric atmosphere that you simply can't replicate anywhere else. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional communication and support from Ben throughout and Avery on-site. If you're considering a Kentucky Derby experience, this is absolutely the way to do it. Seamless, elevated, and unforgettable.

Octoberfest 2025 was truly a bucket list trip for our family. We traveled as a group of 13 from various points in US to meet in Munich for an absolutely amazing opening weekend. Conner and his team made our experience at the world's biggest party, seamless, safe and so memorable that we want to do it again! I could not imagine trying to navigate Octoberfest without Bucket List Events. The large and small tents were so much fun and absolutely worth it. The hotels reserved for us were clean, safe and convienent to everywhere we wanted to go. We extended our stay in Bavaria with the Salzburg add on, and it was so nice to wind down from the festivities of Octoberfest with the enchanted town of Salzburg. The booking process was easy, Conner stayed in communication with us before, during and after our trip. I absolutely recommend Bucket List Events and will be using them again!

BLE did an excellent job of lodging for us. In Milano our hotel was located near the train station for easy transport during our stay and we were more than satisfied with the lodging/restaurant. In Bormio we stayed at the hotel that housed the Swiss men's ski team. The 3 days we were in Bormio, the Swiss team won gold on each of those days and the energy at the hotel was electric. We loved it. BLE also did an outstanding job of procuring event tickets for us. We had tried it ourselves and found it challenging so we were grateful for the help/support. In addition, BLE organized optional tours, one of which we opted for and were very happy with.

Attending a summer Olympics event was always on our “bucket list”. The only problem was we did not know the first thing about making it happen. Thank goodness for The Bucket List Events team. Not only did we attend the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris but we also attended the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan. Yes, both the summer and winter Olympics were spectacular. Yes, Paris and Milan were wonderful. And yes, the Bucket List team working behind the scene from the start to the finish made our “bucket list” experience so much more relaxing, enjoyable and memorable. I wasn't sure what to expect from "Bucket List" but they far exceeded my expectations. Even with a "Curve ball" thrown in, where the original hotel went under they were able to find another within 3 weeks of the event and it was beautiful. They provided assistance every morning if we had questions or needed additional tickets. I would use them again.

We had a great trip to the Olympics! Bucket List Events employees were great. Very helpful and friendly. Our accommodations, travel and tickets were great! They made the trip so much easier than trying to do it all ourselves.

The experience proved to be an easy and reliable way to attend the Milan Cortina Olympic Games. Communication was consistently responsive, with every query answered promptly and clearly. Although the original hotel unexpectedly went into receivership just weeks before the Games began, the situation was handled entirely behind the scenes, and the first indication of any issue was simply the arrival of new accommodation details. The transition was seamless, and the replacement hotel turned out to be excellent, with a fantastic location that enhanced the whole trip. Overall, the service was impressive, and I was extremely happy with how everything was managed.
