Booked Oktoberfest
booked OF, was so excited to have such a wonderful time. However, when we arrived in Munich we got the most unpleasant introduction from our tour guide, Toby. Toby is a horrible event planner. Very rude and misinformed us about specific events that we missed. Told us there was no first dinner that was on the itinerary, the next day all the other attendees asked us where we were and how come we didn’t attend. I was shocked that he lied straight to us and that we missed it. On another note, when we had other guides it was fun and they didn’t make us feel uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend BLE to anyone because of how uncomfortable Toby made us feel. I hope he understands that regardless of mistakes or miscommunications on his part you must always remain professional and respectful to customers.
