From last 1 year, I am purchasing books for my college and it's been a very good experience for me. As a student, i attracted because of the price which my books joint is offering without compromising the quality.

I ordered the NFPA 70 2026 Hardcover from MyBooksJoint, and the whole experience was better than I expected. The website is simple to use, and I found the book without spending much time searching. Checkout was quick and easy. My order reached me in about 3–4 days. The packaging was done properly, and the book arrived in excellent condition. I checked it as soon as I opened the package, and there wasn't even a single scratch on the hardcover. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would order from them again.

Terrible website, I was still charged for some items I had at checkout despite hitting "cancel payment." And even with my bank account being charged, I never received any confirmation of the order to my email. That's when I knew this entire site was a scam. I have attempted to reach someone several times with zero luck, and it has been an annoying process disputing my charges on this site. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order with this company and never received a refund after returning the product / canceling the order. Despite multiple attempts with customer service, I was ignored or given empty promises about lies stating, we have done our job, but it's not our fault you have not received your refund. This company took my money and failed to resolve the issue in any meaningful way. The lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere unless you’re comfortable risking a loss. Still waiting for a refund that never came. I ordered a product from this company and was supposed to receive a refund. That never happened. Customer service was responsive, but unhelpful, and I was forced to waste my time chasing my own money I never received. This experience shows a complete disregard for customers. I will never order from them again and I suggest others think twice before doing business with a lame and unreliable company that can’t be trusted to refund customers their money.

The delivery date kept changing and I had no clear update from My books joint. By the time it finally came, book was damaged with pages bent. Bad experience.

Mybooksjoint was a letdown. Clunky website, limited selection, high prices, slow shipping, and damaged books. Customer service didn't impress either.
