I have several cars with you I've been…
I have several cars with you I've been sick I had a heart attack I tried talking to your representative to let them know that all my vehicles that I have with you are in excellent condition if you look at my previous insurance with y'all I have an excellent rating I asked for an extension because I do not drive my vehicles that much and I cannot take it to get inspected right now please somebody get in contact with me

I just read your response to my message…
I just read your response to my message and you guys said that I wouldn't be charged and my cancellation was all taken care of on march 25 th is what you guys replied and on April 2nd you guys charged my card 99.99 after you said that I would no longer be billed and the guy from your cancellation department told me the first time that it went thru and everything was right after me trying for like 20 minutes to get it right now I expect that you will give me my 99.99 back to my account

Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful, i have four cars covered by you're company, been taking money out of my account for a while and time.I get a oil change , I get gypped.. Call process is garbage and customers will know other ways

Deductible is variable not flat
Contract shows that the deductible is NOT a flat $200, but rather is a % of the bill or $200, whichever is higher..... That is flat out misrepresentation and so I cancelled during the "Free Looj Period" ....
