A HUGE SCAM! Ordered a size 15 for me, and they didn’t fit. Had my dad try them on, they were too small, and he is a size 11. Sent an email to the “company” stating as much, and asked for the return address and a full refund. Their response? “Trust that we are legit company…we will offer you 10% refund and you give shoes to relative or friend…” I replied back: “No. As per your return policy, I will accept a full refund.” Their reply to that: “Please consider a 30% refund and give the shoes to relative or friend, as it would be a hassle to return, yada yada, also include customs slip so it doesn’t get held in customs, yada yada…” This company is a f***ing scam. Do NOT give them your money!

I Ordered a jacket for my brother, took forever for it to get here and when it did... it was way too small.. I said no big deal, I will replace for bigger coat.. they had taken my money when ordered.. I sent them an E-mail Stating the problem and the reply I got back was " give the coat to someone that it will fit and we can/ will give you a 10% discount to BUY ANOTHER COAT.. I have NEVER had this happen, I paid for the product and they should replace it for the proper size because they run REALLY REALLY small and I paid for it!!!.. but they won't do that.. I will take my business elsewhere DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! READ REVIEWS FIRST to see all the people with complaints.. I didn't read them or I wouldn't have waited my time and money.. BEWARE!!! DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I did think I would go ahead and reOrder and agreed to do so.. after thinking about it... I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO THIS!!

I suddenly started getting promotional mail .....I don’t want it so requested to be unsubscribed as it’s definitely ANOTHER scam China company that robs people ,(I’ve been caught in the past and PayPal is the best way to pay these people as they fight your corner and get your money refunded. Best thing to do is threaten them with legal action.

They have the worst service ever none of their are what they say they are and when they send you the wrong thing they won't pay to have it shipped back but will give you $10 and keep the rest of your money will never order from them again.

This company is seriously fake. I ordered a pair. They never shipped it. I lost my money.

I ordered a pair of Doc Marten’s and they turned out to be fake. Terrible quality and terrible company. They suck.

It took 5 weeks to receive my shoes, i contacted this company and they instantly responded and apologized and gave me a 20% refund and told me if item didn't arrive within 10 days they would refund another 20%. They did arrive by then and they are real leather, they are very comfortable. I would recommend this company but have a little patience on shipping
