I’ve been working with Emilia Wilson at MYAIO to help manage and improve the Google Business Profile for my HVAC company, United Heating and Air. I’ve been very pleased with the communication and attention she has given my account. Since working with her, I’ve seen increased activity through my Google Business Profile, including more website traffic and customer interactions. She has been helpful with keeping the profile active and making recommendations to improve our online presence and visibility. What I appreciate most is that she takes the time to communicate with me, explain what she’s working on, and stays involved instead of just setting things up and disappearing. As a small business owner, I don’t have the time to constantly monitor Google and make changes myself, so having someone actively helping with that side of the business has been valuable. We’re still continuing to build our presence and I’m looking forward to seeing the long-term results, but so far I’ve been happy with the progress and the service I’ve received from Emilia Wilson. I would recommend her to other small business owners who need help managing their Google presence.
