Slow packing/shipping time. Two-ish weeks. Company sent the wrong part and they still charged a restocking fee. Also charged a restocking fee on a part they did not want me to return. Can’t make this stuff up. Update 9/7/26: The company’s owner, Michael, reached out to me of his own volition and helped to rectify this issue by refunding the restocking fee. While the entire ordeal stunk, I do very much appreciate him stepping up and making it right. Thanks Michael!

After speaking with my other associates and business partners in the e-bike world. I have decided that I cannot recommend MXWraps for purchases. They charge a 25% restocking fee on return items which is an insane amount. There are dozens of reputable places you can buy parts for Surron, Talaria, E-ride, Ventus, etc. They're the only ones that I can find the charger 25% restocking fee this is an outrageous number 15% is the highest I can find in comparison 10% is the common. If you purchase anything from MXWraps you better make sure that you or a customer of yours does not change their mind because you will get slapped. I did reach out to MXWraps and tried to negotiate the 25% and they said politely NO. Here's some real life numbers from other reputable companies that we also use for purchases that we will continue to use from here forward that I recommend. Restock Fees Rev rides 10% Luna cycle 10% Charged cycle works 15% Amazon 0% on most items MXWraps 25%!!

2.11.26 Update - I did finally receive a response from the company and have since received my items. They were very apologetic about my experience and the lack of communication which I appreciated. The items are exactly as described when I ordered them. Original review: I placed an order back on Jan. 10th for 3 items and finally got tracking numbers Jan. 28th. Finally received one item today, but still show that the other two items, the more expensive items, haven't been received for shipping by the seller. I've reached out several times and can't seem to get any sort of response. This company was recommended to us by another person who used them so not sure what the issue is with our orders taking so long. A month seems like a long time to wait for an item to ship and reading other reviews, I'm getting concerned that we'll never receive the order or a refund. I'm giving 2 stars only because we've received one item, although month longs wait, and I know someone else who used them and had a good experience.
