MXwrapsReviews of mxwraps.us

earlier i thought customer support wasnt responding but got it figured out quickly. The team emailed back with helpful info and i cant wait for my supermoto wheels to arrive.

***Update*** I was contacted by Michael at MXwraps, he promptly refunded what we paid for the wraps as well as shipping. He also offered to send another set of wraps, and provided some guidance on the proper way to install them. *** Original Negative Review: We ordered a set of fork wraps for my son’s Tuttio on August 28 and paid for expedited shipping. By September 8, the order still had not arrived, so we followed up by email. MXwraps responded that the delay was due to their quality control process taking longer than expected and said the order was then moving forward. We finally received the wraps on September 15. The biggest issue came after delivery. There were no installation instructions included with the product. We did the best we could using a blow dryer and by watching TikTok videos of other installations. Even in many of those videos, the finished results did not look particularly good when viewed closely. The final result on ours was terrible, so I contacted MXwraps the next day. Their response was that the product description on their website states that a heat gun is required. My issue with that response is that a customer should not have to return to the original product listing after receiving the product just to figure out how to install it. There were no detailed instructions included in the package. The only guidance they pointed to was the statement that a “heat gun is required for a smooth, seamless finish,” which is not the same thing as actual installation instructions. MXwraps has declined to offer either a refund or a replacement. Between the delayed expedited order, the lack of proper installation instructions, and the refusal to provide any resolution after the product turned out poorly, I would not recommend this company to others.

This is very good

Slow packing/shipping time. Two-ish weeks. Company sent the wrong part and they still charged a restocking fee. Also charged a restocking fee on a part they did not want me to return. Can’t make this stuff up. Update 9/7/26: The company’s owner, Michael, reached out to me of his own volition and helped to rectify this issue by refunding the restocking fee. While the entire ordeal stunk, I do very much appreciate him stepping up and making it right. Thanks Michael!

It’s came in like 3 weeks ago little long but it came and rlly good quality

Hands down some of the best customer service we've experienced! Not only did the boys ODI plates turn out amazing, but their team actually reached out personally after the order just to make sure we were 100% happy with how everything looked and fit. That level of follow-up and care is rare these days. High quality, great communication, and a company that truly stands behind their work. 10/10 recommend MX Wraps

Shipping times are so amazing only company I buy from

Had poor communication initially when I made multiple attempts to return a part, however ended positive with great communication, apologetic, and pre paid return shipping label.
