(PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM MX LOCKER) hey…
(PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM MX LOCKER) hey yall , I recently bought this bell moto 10 helmet. The seller stated ''only worn once'', like new. I found a defect on the helmet. I contacted the seller for mismatching the description. He's calling it a ''standard defect'' from the factory and is refusing to return my money. He never listed or mentioned this I tried contacting mx locker but they tell me the same thing over and over I honestly thought this website was better then ebay Facebook etc. DIssapointing. When you have a problem w your item it's just like the employees who are supposed to be doing their jobslike I already did that and it's not helping. total useless employees. There's so many bad sellers that try to rip you off. for example MxLockerSoCal. I had to learn the hard way. This seller claims they sell helmets and parts barely used but end up w damage and paint to cover up the damage and proceed to lie right to your face he told me he got it from the bell factory like that. Bell would never send defected helmets.. I've seen a couple of bad reviews not much tho(people usually don't buy used helmets) but people said they either had scratches or ended up w a cracked helmet. So please, if you wanna buy new/used gear or parts please search for motorsport websites that sell legit things and don't try to scam or rip you off and send you damaged items Please don't follow the same mistake and take the risk and end up nowhere like I did. Still tryna get my money back UPDATE and Response to MX LOCKER - Dear MX Locker per your response to my above HONEST Review: 1st: Regarding the pictures that the seller posted on his site: the way the pictures are taken one CANNOT see ANY Hidden defects. One has to know to zoom in the pictures. The problem with zooming in is that the resolution of an image/pixels get distorted. But I think you already know that that is why, according to your website you require your sellers to and I quote: "provide an accurate description." Point #2: Per your website under the section labelled: "Seller's Obligation - MX Locker REQUIRES that sellers MUST: "Provide accurate descriptions -Make sure to accurately describe your item so the buyer receives the item as described." Your seller DID NOT WRITE an accurate description. Your seller failed to even mention ANY defect. Therefore, the item you and the seller are selling DOES NOT Match the description. This is Fraud. The seller admitted that there was a: "Standard factory defect" only AFTER MX Locker took our money. We have the helmet's description screen shot and there is NO Mention of ANY defects. 3rd: We have contacted your customer support and Mr. Ryan Amoils repeatedly since last week seeking a fair resolution, which is our money back. We have not heard anything except for this current response to my review. Please know for this reason we have filed a report with the Attorney General seeking aresolution to this matter. Thank you.
Response from MX LockerAug 8, 2023
Hello Kakia, thanks for leaving us a review. We have MX Locker buyer protection in place to make sure customers get the item as pictured or described, or their money back. The seller in this case posted multiple angles of the helmet and the photos show the exact condition of the helmet with the small defect you are mentioning.
