Customer Service was amazing! I ordered a ring and measured my finger incorrectly- when I contacted Customer Service to exchange for the correct size they offered a few different options and gave reasons/descriptions as to the quickness or slowness of exchange for each option. I had my new ring in about 4 weeks and I love it!! Gorgeous product, fits perfectly and I couldn’t be happier ❤️
