The suitcase is beautiful, but less than enjoyable functionally. The wheels are smooth and the clasps are sturdy. However, the handle is pointed and slanted meaning that when you use the handle for more than a 5 minute walk, or if you move it with the handle, your palm is jabbed by the corners. Additionally, the interior has a flap on one side to hold in clothing but it simply hooks onto the side hooks. When you open the suitcase, the hooks ALWAYS come undone and you all your clothes spill out. I mean, again, for such a beautiful suitcase it's a shame that it was poorly designed. I'm really not sure anyone at MVST ever tried it before launching it.

The free shipping wasn't free and ended up paying $ 150 for shipping + customs. To make matters worse the suitcase came damaged and it was also the wrong size. No phone support or method of contacting them. Need to go through my credit card company now. Definitely not the quality and service i was expecting for a $ 1000 suit case. Waiting for them to fix this.
