MuxtoolReviews of muxtool.com

Fast delivery and good packaging of the leafblower! Supergood and quick support after I managed to ruin the charger for my leafblower! They immediately sent two new chargers. Really supernice company and good support 👍 Recommend this company and the product!

Very poor after sales service. No refunds on faulty products but offer replacement. The leaf blower is flimsy, out dated and poor quality. Good luck if you buy one.

"Avoid this shop. There is no customer service and they don't provide invoices. Shipping takes more than a month. Also, the same product is available elsewhere under a different brand for half the cost." Warranty? Noooo

"A few weeks ago, I purchased an item from Muxtool that did not meet my expectations. In accordance with their return policy, I contacted them regarding this issue. The correspondence between Muxtool and myself was smooth and respectful, leading to a mutually agreed-upon solution. Muxtool proposed a refund of two-thirds of the purchase price to my credit card, without requiring me to return the items. I accepted this offer. Given the circumstances, I find this to be a very fair solution that inspires confidence."

Finger weg!

Quick delivery, haven't used product yet, but looks good quality
