I was scheduled to receive my package today. I opened my door and found a different package with different name and address. I emailed support@muxtool no response as of yet. They quickly took my money for the product. I did not choose the carrier of my package. Very unsatisfied

Purchased the leaf blower with 2 batteries. It's a fantastic tool, light with enough power to do the job. 1 battery was not working so they are sending me 2 for the inconvenience. Great customer service!
