Frames are fun, came in a short amount of time, price was great. Unfortunately the lenses are giving me a headache and will need to be changed.

ordered two pairs glasses, one frame came in the wrong color. very prompt to reply to my report. sadly the color I ordered was sold out but they offered me store credit and to keep glasses that arrived. what I got was well made and stylish so I will use as backup pair. Not perfect but very pleased with outcome. Will do business with them again

Made an order on the 24th of Oct and received my parcel on 16th Nov. I took advantage on their BOGO deal and received a free scarf. The package came with a screw tool but no spare parts. The first pair of glasses I got was the Melissa in Pink Gold. They were perfect. But the 2nd pair, Melissa in Black Gold had a little problem. It was slanted and caused double vision because it wasn't sitting properly. I contacted Muukal Services and they replied saying 'the frame is deformed' but I can adjust it. They sent two pictures demonstrating how to bend the frames. After a bit of adjusting, and I changed the screw on the left temple, everything was fine to wear. I have a strong prescription and they got it spot on! Plus I love the thick cleaning cloths, very good quality. 4/5.
