I ordered two pair of glasses, both of which I am very happy with. I love the selection of colorful and unique eyeglasses. They did take several weeks to arrive. Fortunately I was in no hurry. The package was very beaten up and crushed. However, the glasses were well-protected, so arrived in perfect condition. I will order again.

Dear Evangela,hi,we'd love to hear your feedback, but the thickness of the lens depends on the prescription and the index of the lens you choose, you can choose a higher index next time, then the lens will be much thinner,thanks for listening to our explanation:)

While the shipping was much slower than I expected, I really like the glasses. They fit nicely and correct my vision perfectly.

Customer service worked with me to get my order and a return correct. Nice selection of affordable eyewear. Only two concerns is the original order prior to Xmas took longer than expected to receive. Don’t know if a supply chain issue. The second issue is it was unclear on sunglasses tint and gradient explanation. I would definitely buy from this company again.

I was so excited to get them and they were absolutely beautiful. But I think I put one number down wrong because they’re a little bit too strong for me to wear. (I remember questioning this number!) I’m so disappointed. Not their fault, mine alone. Soon as I get a little extra cash I’m gonna order again from here

I had problems with my glasses, but when I made them aware of it, they said they would send me a replacement. So I gave them a better review. Will update to a 5 star when I receive my new pair. Very happy so far with customer service. Update to come
