Dear SHAIRA, you bought two pairs of single vision glasses for $39.56, when you received the package and told us that you didn't like the look of the first pair, we asked you need for a refund or to accept the coupon, you accepted the coupon, everything is ok, we responded to your every email and you also accepted our coupons, so we're confused as to how this one star came about??

Dear Mary, we took a quick look at your order and you really chose CLEAR lenses, not the wrong lenses, and our product page marked clearly "Prescription lens color please choose from sunglasses lens options" including color tint, mirrored lenses or gradient tint." You may have ingnore these, anyway, thanks for your feedback

Took forever to get the glasses and they were wrong so I wanted to send them back they said no but they gave me a credit instead. I think there are better companies out there. will never use this company again.

Hi Marisa, we sent your package on February 14th, the tracking link is: https://www.muukal.com/track/index/shippingno/SF6043320672314 The package was delivered on March 1st, it only took 9 business days, which is not a long time, and the most important thing is that you said you filled the wrong prescription, we are glad to send an half value coupon to you, that's really a good choice, but you are still angry and we are very sorry.

Took over a month and a half to receive and the cheapest quality frames by far.

Dear Haley, We are very glad to receive your feedback, you spent $18.08 (including $6.95 shipping fee, you actually paid $11) to buy two pairs of Queena, many customers love Queena, it is very light , very comfortable to wear, we understand that everyone's standards are different, but we just don't think it's fair to us, even it's from product quality or customer service, we deserve a better one, and the package was sent on March 15th, delivered on April 5th, it only take 14 business days, which did not exceed the standard shipping time in our policy--It will take 8-16 businss days, but anyway, thank you for your feedback.

Dear Karen, we checked your order quickly,it is two purple frames, top quality, the lenses are also a good premiun progressive, definitely not a poor quality product, we found that you did not upload the original prescription, so we have sent you an email to let you upload the original prescription so we can find the reason and help you fix it, thank you for your patience and wish you all the best.

I would give it 0 stars, I ordered a pair of glasses and all I got in the package after waiting over 3 weeks, all I got was a small children's coloring book. Very disappointing. Monica

Hi Monica, as you know, we got in touch with you in time and found the reason, the logistics company messed up our package with other packages, so you only got a book, we remade two pairs for you immediately(your original order is only one), and the new package was sent on March 17th, the tracking link is: https://t.17track.net/en#nums=SF6043335238043 The package was delivered April 11th and you said you would change the review, that's okay, we just did what we had to do, thanks again.
