Took about 3 weeks to arrive afer ordering. I didn't expect the lens to be as big as they are, but I do love them.

The frames I ordered was too small for my face but I decided to keep them anyway.

I am so pleased with my glasses, The only thing was I received 2 out of the 3 I ordered with no explanation so I had to email to find out what I already figured that they were sent in 2 package's. It was really no big deal just would have been nice to have 1 of 2 packages on it. But great fast service!!!

The glasses look great. I was thinking the frames were a bit thicker but they still look great.

The glasses are nice. I wished I would have received a receipt for my records and to submit to insurance.

Having trouble with defective product and the hassle to return it and get a replacement or full refund.

We loved the styles, but there is no way to open the metal frames to put lenses in them. We weren't expecting super high quality and were surprised thet the frames look quite nice. Unfortunately, we will not be able to put lenses in them. Reply to Muukal: As I stated in the review, we loved the styles. Most of them were fine, but we were NOT AWARE that the metal frames did not open to insert prescription lenses. Of COURSE we can cold snap simple rx's in the frame, and we are not asking for anything from you. We just will be purchasing plastic frames in the future since it gives us a better fit for a wider variety of prescriptions. I would've just preferred to be aware that the metal frames didn't open. I might've made different choices. This does not mean there is anything wrong, just that I am stating my preference. UPDATE: Changing my review to 4 stars. Thank you to Muukal for offering to make the lenses. That will not be necessary, as we decided to put plano sun lenses in them. Other than that 1 little hiccup, we are happy with our purchase.
