I love the glasses. My one issue was that in error, because I didn’t see it go through, I ordered 2 sets of glasses. They were two different sets because when I went back in I saw others that I loved move. Your customer service was not the best at all. In fact the person that was emailing with me was quite rude.

At first I was upset that my third pair somehow had the wrong prescription. But the customer service fixed the issue right away. I receive all 3 pair and I loved them. Although the frames are a little Smaller than what appeared in the try on view. But still like them.

As promised, I am updating my previous review. I FINALLY received my glasses and they are great. It's wonderful to be able to see again. If you are in need of prescription glasses right away, then this is not the company for you. Muukal is located overseas so you will have a waiting period where your shipping/delivery will appear lost while going through customs. Once your order goes through customs, the shipping link states it's being shipped via USPS but it goes through a 3rd party shipping service. If you read the reviews on the 3rd party shipping site, it will tell you that most scam companies use this site to generate fake tracking #'s. However, I can honestly say, I did get my glasses when I was completely doubtful I would. So thank you Muukal for getting my order to me and with the accurate prescription. Much appreciated! I do urge customers to read the information under the "POLICIES" section on their website to be familiarized with the purchase agreement.

Customer service is amazing! They have been nothing but nice and helpful. I love the glasses I have received. They were even nice enough to send me a free pair.

The eyeglasses I ordered weren't right. They were messing up my vision. I emailed the company to let them know and they wanted to give me a $60 credit. Problem is with the sale bogo I would have to pay the amount over that and that is not a true replacement. I wrote them back with the glasses I want to replace the bad ones. I am waiting to hear back from you. I did hear back from them and they offered to give me a true replacement instead.. I'm looking forward to the new glasses arriving soon.. I received my glasses on March 6th and wore them 2 days before the frames broke. I’ve emailed their service department 3 times since then for return instructions and received absolutely NO response. I’m out not only the money I paid for my glasses, but my insurance will not cover another pair for 12 months. Very very poor experience. **Muukal did contact me and offered to replace my glasses free of charge.**

My glasses were first sent to Texas, I live in Colorado. The wonderful representative was sincerely apologetic and she made sure my glasses were sent to me super fast! I bought 2 pairs. Love them and so does my husband! Thank you! Will be buying more!!
