Im not sure these are even the right prescription - only one pair of the 3 I ordered can I wear. I put them on and they make me feel sick - and I get a horrible headache. I’ve tried on multiple days hoping it was just a matter of getting used to a new prescription pair of glasses but sadly it is not the case. I send a copy of the prescription with my order hoping to make sure to get it right. Order 22608016241 Could you please check the order ?

***DO NOT BUY THERE***STAY AWAY*** Everything started great Choices of glasses, the options for progressive just great. Unfortunately the horror show starts after you order. I receive my package with my 3 pairs that were chosen carefully using the TRY-ON app that btw is useless. Everything looks goods except that they shouldve used a box instead of a bubble envelop. Anyway try pair 1. Eurk. Blurry and dizzy and don’t fit, try pair 2 even worst, the arms stop at the ear no support just need tonshake fwd and they fall, 3rd pair, nevermind just repeating myself. This is where the shitshow starts and is still in progress. They will not answer me anymore, i have paypal working on the case and they send me a return adress written in chineese and i can’t ship since the adress is invalid. I thought the offer was nice but never again will i be fooled by these god damn assh…..! Just want my money back. PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS that what they are! I wrote them on texto, emails this message. Sorry, we explained very clearly. You can test our glasses and tell us how to improve them, and we will remake them. However, you have been saying that all three pairs are not usable, which is unreasonable. You need to at least tell us how to improve,right?

If you want to go BLIND, this is the so called optical you choose! Customer service is HORRIBLE! BUYER BEWARE! Hygge has no customer service skills & his/her attitude was the worst as we went back and forth via email. Very disrespectful and rude! My vision is blurry in all 3 of the glasses I purchased. Hygge told me the frames I chose are too wide and I need to choose more narrow frames. So, why would you have those frames as an option for progressive lens? I had the glasses checked by my ophthalmologist and the prescription was incorrect but Muukal didn't want to hear that! This company is a scam! They don't want to refund all of your money nor will they provide a prepaid return label! I was given an address in China to return the glasses and I was told I'm responsible for shipping and customs duties fees for the U.S. and China. The label and tracking shows the package was shipped from Texas. SCAMMERS! Rude ass Hygge told me they would issue a partial refund and end this case! I wouldn't recommend this company at all! I should've listened to the reviews and I know most of these reviews are fake! Again, BUYER BEWARE!!!

The quality of the lenses is not good. Each pair is different and one of them the lenses are so far off I can not see anything while wearing them. The other 2 are better but not great at all

Wasted money. Clearly downloaded my prescription where it said OS was +1.75. When I checked what they had on record it was MINUS 1.75. I tried to get corrected and they hid behind a not understanding something so simple but even then they ignored my refund request

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. Two of the three the prescription isn't correct. The third pair is OK.

I would have given a 0 if at all possible. Please be extremely wary when purchasing anything from this company, their 100% guarantee and no need for return IS NOT adhered to. They expect returns to be paid by you and only refund 50% of the original cost. Not a good company to deal with. Please ensure you DO NOT use the measuring tool they provide, as you can see from their response, it is definitely not accurate.

Hello, regarding your case, we must say something. Your PD is 61, and when you filled it out, you wrote 70. We have refunded $50 unconditionally, which is half of the value of the order. So, what else are you not satisfied with? Do you need us to pay for your mistake?
