Sorry, we checked the records immediately and you told us that you felt the glasses were too small. We are already handling this matter, so please don't worry

If you’re not happy with glasses they will only refund 50%. Then you got to ship glasses to china for refund.

Update: So you respond here but not in my actual emails. What is confusing? I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. I did what I was suppose to do by checking with my neighbors and going to my post office! What are you evening saying what is fair for YOU. Yall took my money and I received NOTHING and not even a reply after! So I'm suppose to wait around to see if your company ever replies? I need glasses so I ordered through my doctor's office! And let's be clear there was NO OFFER to remake my order! There was no response! You received a bad review because of TERRIBLE customer service! You took my money, I have no product, and then sent me an initial response with one line of "Did I talk to my post office" which I made sure to state I already had in the initial email and then you go silent! Have YOU talked to the post office as yall are the seller/sender! I want a refund! This is RIDICULOUS! I informed the company that I never received my package, already checked with the post office and neighbors and they responded with "Did you check with the post office" and now are not responding. I sent another email requesting a refund as I had to order elsewhere and still no response.

Sorry, we find what you said is confusing. You said the package was lost, and we can definitely remake it, but you don't need it. It's unfair for us,that you have already purchased it from another company. If every customer's package shows delivery, but they refuse to remake and issue a refund, what does our company get? Refund all money and receive a negative review!

My takeaway from this AWFUL experience was they might be good for eyewear worn for STYLE,but DO NOT trust them for prescriptions? The site took my order without letting me edit my Rx- but MULTIPLE reviews say they cannot see through the glasses. I was told they needed me to give them the correct Rx within 24hrs (I did). MULTIPLE BUYERS (rightly) complain these people are RUDE, DISHONEST and say they do not get the refund promised. I *DID* get a refund when they edited their comment claiming they never heard from me and that I was not really a buyer. HOWEVER, I have MANY emails showing their CONSISTENT lying ****AND ALSO**** after I got the Paypal refund, I also got a FRAUD ALERT from my bank saying my card was compomised and needed to be closed/replaced. POSSIBLY unrelated but VERY UNFORTUNATE TIMING if you've been shifty and dishonest and unpleasant over the days leading up to my online purchase from your "company".

Your comment only left the name GABE, and we don't even know who you are, but now we know that you filled in a completely different prescription at the beginning. It's okay, we can send you three new pairs again, but you asked us to remake the other three pairs within 24 hours. We apologize for not being able to do that. We have already refunded all and wasted three pairs of glasses. You are a truly unwelcome customer, no matter where you are, This is what we are talking about.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses 1 pair had the bifocal line and the other didn't which is the one I ordered. I contacted customer service with no end result. They are rude and will not replace the wrong pair. Buyers beware of this company.

Your comment really made us angry. First of all, you didn't buy photochromic glasses. Glasses stickers can see everything clearly. You bought a pair of bifocal glasses with line and a pair of progressive glasses without line. You said you were unhappy because one pair of glasses with line and another without line, and you wanted to give us a bad review. We don't even know what we did wrong?? We only customize lenses according to your needs, so what do you really want from us??

Terrible quality poorly ground lenses and customer service that just lies out right lies. Don't buy from this vendor you get what you pay for JUNK

Hello, can you tell us the order number? We have not found the customer Doug Phillips, and we are very sorry

Their lens which are supposed to be high end distort vision at very short and very long distances. The frames have nothing to do with it. I ordered 2 different size frames from them which considered large. I also have 6 pairs of various frame sizes made locally with no problem.
Response from MuukalOpticalNov 2, 2023
Hello, the problem with your order is not the lenses, but the size of the frame is not suitable for you. As we have been saying in our email, thank you for your understanding

Don’t do it. Ordered 3, 2 were stretched out. Took 3tries just to get a partial refund. Lesson learned
