Ordered 3 pairs prescription polarized sunglasses. Got an email asking me to confirm, which I did. Received a single pair of sunglasses, not polarized. When I contacted them they claimed I hadn't responded to their confirmation email. They did send out the correct order after a couple weeks. Frames are reasonable, lenses are outstanding. Because they're based in China, I will likely have to mail in my health insurance claim as Sunlife system won't allow providers outside Canada to be added.

Muukal customer service has been fabulous. I placed two orders: one I decided to add photochromic lenses after I'd already submitted the order and the other had to be canceled because the frames I chose could not adequately hold my prescription. Muukal answered my emails and both problems were solved within two days. I received my first order. The lenses ROCK! Muukal premium progressive lenses are fabulous and can be put in narrow frames with a short lens height. The photochromic lenses are top notch and seamlessly transition from clear to dark. Muukal is a great place to buy second pairs of eyeglasses or fashion statement limited-wear frames. My advice is twofold for Muukal: 1) Leave an edit option on for 24 hours after submitting the order so customers can correct their mistakes and Muukal should charge the account only after the initial 24-hour period has passed, and 2) the frame quality needs A LOT of improvement due to flimsiness and discomfort. Please up your game on quality frames! Thank you, for some fun glasses to wear occasionally.

Update... May 24, 2024 they are sending me a partial refund. I received 3 pairs of glasses April 2024, and all were not the correct prescription. Muukaloptical remade 1 out of the 3 and it is correct. However, they have not sent the other 2 pairs. So, I paid for 3 pair and can only see out of 1 pair. They have ignored all my inquiries and it has been over a month now. Very disappointed.

I ordered the buy one get one free glasses. Both or very cute and fit so much better than I expected from ordering online. Received them quicker than expected.

I ordered the 3 for 119$. 2 out of 3 the prescriptions were perfect. 1 pair was all blurry. I emailed the company, with in 1 week I received an email saying a new pair had been shipped out , Along with photo proof the prescription on the machine that makes the lenses. 3rd pair arrived today and they are perfect! I will definatley use this company again !

The glasses are cheap and feel cheap. The styles are adorable and affordable. The lenses match my prescription just fine, with adjustments needed on my own for the different lense shapes. Each style varies greatly in quality and so I left individual reviews for each frames. Despite that, blue light blocking and sunglasses are amazing quality. Shipping was fast, but customer support did not get to me in order to fix an issue I had with the order. I reached out to them the minute my order was placed and heard nothing still. Because the website only offers %50 back in refund I'm gravely disappointed customer support didn't reach back faster. This is an OK option to add styles to your frames, but don't expect those $400 Gucci frames you yet from your eye doctor.

Awesome glasses but took a long time to arrive this time.

The glasses I got would more then I expected in quality and the vision part. The only reason I give them 4stars is I paid an extra 4.50 to have shipping in 9-15 days instead of the 21 days shipping and they still came in 21 days time frame To me they was a rip off of my 4.50. But other then that I was impressed and am pleased with my glasses
