I have been trying to order a pair of glasses and it keeps telling my address is wrong, pretty sure I know my address. I have tried and tried to get a hold of this company to find out what the problem could possibly be but can not seem to get a reply from anyone. Very disappointing!!

I have been trying to contact this company 3 times. Text, email and the contact form and never got an answer. I am having problems with the lenses for my glasses which are very wiggly and easy to pop out. It seems putting are review on this site is the only way they will respond so I am trying it. Customer service seems non existent and quality of lenses aren’t great. Hope fully if they ever contact me my opinion will change.

My prescription was completely wrong. Had to email daily and I tried everything they said. They wanted to pick my glasses to make others. I really just wanted a refund by then. Their communication was awful. Might get a response in 2 days if lucky. I have never dealt with a worse company. Order#22402355515

First of all why are we paying us funds when we are Canadians? Second I guess everything has a cause for example I chose their 3 pairs for $119 but if I choose options it cost me and they could not explain it which I asked several times and it never added up! Thirdly I requested the $19.95 special delivery which means I get my delivery with 5-12 business days! Nope it was later than their normal delivery of $9.95! I kept asking where my package was and the tracking only would state either out for delivery or in transit! Which it was in transit in my city for 4 business days! Everything about my purchase was not what I expected or desire! It was bad business! Finally, When I finally received my triple pairs of prescription glasses, they all fit big which means I will need to bring it to a place and get them shaped for my face! Please keep on them! And hopefully you will not have as many problems as I did!

Buyer beware. You get what you pay for. Cheap frames that look cheap! I ordered 3 pairs. 2 sunglasses, one regular. They all had progressive lenses. I got the order and couldn't see anything. Everything was blurred and made me dizzy. I contacted the company and it took over 10 days for a response! They said to pick a smaller frame and then I'd be able to see better. I picked out 3 new frames and was told they would only re make 1. I said that was not acceptable. The agreed to 2 pairs only, and ONLY IF I TOOK DOWN MY BAD REVIEW. So, I was BULLIED into taking down my review before they would send me my new replacement pairs. How UNPROFESSIONAL for a company to THREATEN CUSTOMERS like this? Buyer beware!!!!!!! You get what you pay for!!!!!

The glasses were very late I was told I would refund the shipping fee since I paid for advanced and didn't get it the Prescription was wrong they don't look like the picture and you won't give me a refund so now I'm stuck with crappy glasses I can't see out of

I guess this is a case of buyer beware. I should have read reviews before buying. Ordered 3 pair of glasses in November; One progressive, one regular and one sunglasses. When they finally arrived, after paying for express shipping I was somewhat disappointed with them. The frames for the sunglasses were too wide to begin with and the arms looked like they had been stretched out too far. They are impossible to wear, I even took them to a certified optician to see if they could adjust them and it wasn’t possible without the lenses popping out. I also took the progressives in to have them adjusted and they said that the progressive wasn’t in the right position in the lens and couldn’t be adjusted to work. So now I have two pairs of glasses that I cannot wear. The regular glasses were ok, I was able to adjust them myself. There was a crack in the frame that looked like it was broken in the manufacturing of my glasses and they tried to glue it up. I didn’t say anything to begin with because I needed glasses but now it has gotten worse and tonight the lens fell out as I was cleaning them. When we contacted customer service regarding the first two pairs they tried to say that the problem with the sunglasses was that they were a wider frame to begin with, and there was no addressing the progressives. I asked for both to be replaced and they they would only replace one pair. This is almost $200 for glasses and soon I won’t be able to wear any of them and will have to put out more money to replace them. Overall I am not impressed. I won’t recommend this company to anyone. Sent my prescription in as well as my frame measurements. They still sent the wrong glasses. They kept putting me off when I contacted them and refuse to refund my money unless I return the glasses. I am not returning those glasses in my dime. I was sent defective glasses. My order number is 22312000620. Do not make me another pair. I have 4 pairs of defective glasses. I had my optometrist look at them and he said they were poorly made with cheap lenses. I would just like my money back.
