I thought they were good at first. My glasses broke within a week. It looks like the glue was messed up. I contacted customer support and instead of giving me a refund or replacing them they only replaced the frames. The lenses don't come out probably bc of the odd shape and they look glued. So now I have useless glasses and useless frames. Update: their response is garbage. It didn't lose decoration. The side piece literally came off the glue. Now they are just being rude. So the errors are on the company. I didn't make them or use bad glue.

I really love the frames, I got 3 pairs but they are progressive lenses and I have tried to modify the fit as recommended but I'm starting to think the prescription is out. Im not sending back cause its going to cost me more money. Love the frames but sadly won't be buying again.

Yesterday I received 2 pair of glasses, order number 12404251222-3. The lower part of the lenses focus correctly but the top part is blurry. I can't wear them because they give me a headache! I tried emailing you but the address was not recognized. I called the phone number and left a message.

In order to get Muukal to honor their own posted policies and procedures and refund me the full amount, I had to delete my original post. Which allows me to post a more thorough one. I ordered glasses from this company and then after realizing they are a foreign company and reading awful reviews, I asked to cancel my order. Per their website I had 24 hours to do so. I emailed them 3 times within 12 hours of ordering. I got no answer until the next day. They then tried to stall me to wait out the clock. I filed a complaint with PayPal (which is one of the only reasons I remotely thought it was ok to order from them). They then gave me a partial refund. I posted on trustpilot in the hopes of saving other people with limited income the headache. As if by magic - the trustpilot review got their attention and they were suddenly incredibly eager to communicate! They then said somehow I had failed to request a full refund on PayPal. Then they call me a liar on here. Then they offer me the remainder of my refund after I take down my review. I tell them I won’t until they give me the refund. So I got the refund. And this is my updated review: this company is awful and they prey upon people. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the upset and don’t buy from them. **Update** because I did what they technically wanted and deleted my original post and created the new one above, they are now sending me harassing emails. All this simply made a mistake and tried correct it within the posted policies and procedures from their website. Abusive customer service because they cannot handle an honest telling of their bad behavior.

awful company. wrong prescription sent, wouldnt help at all. had to get paypal involved, they wont pay to ship my glasses back to them for a refund. Now you reply and offer a refund. Pathetic. Ignore my messages, not help me at all, but now I've Reviewed and paid to return it, now you offer to refund

The frames and lenses are extremely cheap. They don't at all match the quality or value represented by their website. Support has been disappointing Their frames and lenses are a good match only where someone's budget is so low that there are no alternatives. In my multiple communications their offer is to send them back at my expense to China. It's a game. They know that shipping to China is expensive and more costly than the frames and lenses and know few to none will do so. They've also offered a 50% refund if I drop my claim and don't send my frames back. This feels like another scam. They stopped responding to my messages. .

Glasses were made incorrectly by Muukal. I sent the correct prescription but the company made the glasses wrong and refused to refund or remake due to their error. They did eventually remake one pair after almost 2 months of disputing with 33 emails back and forth and finally received the one pair in March 2024. Hype, the customer service rep, emailed me, "if it still doesn't fit after the remake, it's not our problem, okay." I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and was told only 1 pair of the 3 will be remade. How can he respond, it is not their problem when, factually, it was their mistake. The one pair with cheap lenses was remade but not with the lenses choice I ordered. I will never order again and will not recommend this company. I spent $133.00 for 3 pairs of glasses at 119.00 plus shipping and customer service treated me poorly. I was cheated out of my money because I paid for 3 pairs of glasses that I cannot see out of because of their error in making the lenses for my glasses and the company refused to make this right. In response to your comment to my review. Everything I stated is true. I have the entire email chain. I sent a copy of my prescription and it shows the PD as 33.5 and 33.5 for each eye as measured by my ophthalmologist. The PD had nothing to do with the mistake that was made in making the lenses. The mistake was the ADD on the prescription showed +2.50 and you made the glasses with ADD +2.25. I sent you a picture of the lenses that was on all 3 pairs of the glasses you made and it showed +2.25. There was no need to send you a picture of me in my glasses when the PD was not the problem. The problem was the lenses were made with ADD +2.25 and it should have been as the prescription stated as ADD +2.50. You had every chance to make this right and you refused. As you stated in your email, it was not your problem.

This company is HORRIBLE! I purchased three pairs of reading glasses. All three pairs are incorrect. I made a mistake when I uploaded my prescription and I sent my distance prescription. I contacted them and let them know I needed it changed to my reading prescription, they replied with confirmation, but still made them with the wrong prescription. When I contacted them about this, they insisted they are correct and told me to have them tested at the eye Dr.’s office. I explained that was unnecessary as I think I am capable of knowing whether I can see with them or not. They were argumentative, not at all professional, and rather childish in their responses. Also, my package arrived stinking of cigarette smoke, no professional company would allow that. They refused to make it right and either refund me or send me the correct prescription. Do not waste your money. EDIT: yes I am serious. And your company is using bullying tactics to try and gaslight me. YOU screwed up my order and are refusing to make it right. Unprofessional to say the least.
