Ordered glasses originally and they were too big for my head. Despite claiming to have a 100% money back guarantee they would only refund a percentage of it. So I was.losing money either way, so I Ordered another pair, I had to pay extra money to cover the cost. I had them 6 months and the frame cracked. I wear my glasses every day so when not wearing they are in a glasses case. I contacted the company to replace them but they would only replace the frame not the glasses as a whole which will not be helpful to.me at all. I will lose more money getting a company to install them. I have seen.other reviews which aren't good and the company just attacks the customer. I am only leaving 1 star because you can't leave zero. Save your money and use a different company. I will never use again. *****Update since posting this review they have told me that I am a bad customer and untruthful. Entirely predictable!!!

I received 3 pairs of glasses with incorrect lenses that are made of cheap plastic and look like kids things. I contacted them, and finally, they answered no return and no replacement. Your replay indicates that you did not even read the review or replay in the correct order. what you replyed to is my daughter's order inquiry which is also cheap plastic made. I would not wast my money buying glasses from you site again. How exactly can I contact your customer service? Last time it took over a month to tell me that there "NO".

Two sets. Can’t see out of them. Sent pics. Bottom line, I can’t afford to return them, so I basically got screwed out of $175.00. How lovely. They are the same size frame as I presently wear, but they are blaming frame size. SO DISAPPOINTED! Discouraged, and pissed off. BUYER BEWARE. What a scam.

Worst customer service I have an issue and have reached out to their customer service department for 6 days to try to resolve with no response if your glasses are ok you are good if you need customer service you are in trouble.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THE SAVINGS IS NOT WORTH IT !

Bought 3 glasses and 2 were faulty prescriptions; the third is barely passable as a back-up pair of glasses. My prescription and my husband's were all wonky and the glasses made me dizzy and gave us both headaches. My Rx is not complicated but they are progressives. (We've bought online before with a Canadian company and those were fine prescriptions; we know how to measure). Muukal has stylish frames and the premium lenses were lightweight however I would not buy again because of the messed up prescription. I did not contact the company for a resolution as I didn't want to pay shipping fees to China for a 50% refund as is their policy.

***UPDATE: Just as I thought they would do, they replied to my review that I was the one that was "dishonest". I admitted that deleted my original post and waited until I received my refund. It seems to me, that it was their company being less than HONEST that lead me to my one star review. I guess the fact that I had to remove my original review to receive my 80% refund was not being dishonest on their part one bit. 1) I hope people will read these one star reviews before ordering. I wish I had. *My first big complaint is that only after ordering from a company that I believed to be a USA company is, in fact, not a USA company. **I was sent 2 pair of very cute sunglasses. But my prescription is way off. Got immediately dizzy upon putting them on. I contacted support. I received many emails and text messages offering a range of refunds, but never a complete refund. When I finally left a review on here because the refund offer was around 1/2 of what I paid, they agreed to refund 80% of my purchase price if I would remove my review. I finally did remove it so I would at least get most of my money back. I expect to get lashed out at from this company for coming back here and posting another review. And if I do, I will edit this review. I really am hoping to save someone else from loosing money. If I get harassing emails or text from them, I will be back to let you all know. I have left a lot of what I feel is the wrong doing by this company out of my review. I have tried to be honest in what I have posted. I can show proof of what I am stating. I see you call me dishonest, I knew you would say something bad about me. I am the one that is out money because you sent me two very defective pairs of sunglasses. I have been as honest as I know how without putting all the tricks your company has tried with me. If I could change the stars to a minus I definitely would.

I ordered three pairs of glasses. One pair was for my husband and two were for me. My husband was able to see with all three pairs and I could not use the ones that were intended for me at all. When I contacted them they keep getting the details of the prescription wrong. They tried to tell me that it was the size of the glasses I chose that was the problem. They said they would only remake one pair. For almost two weeks they have given me the runaround. I have finally contacted my credit card company since Muukal will not honor their guarantee. Edit: The offer of a refund was first $60 and then $100. This came after I contacted my credit card company, posted this review and posted on facebook many negative reviews.
