Complete and total scam of a company! Horrible customer service! Horrible glasses that are wrong and will give a refund if you pay the $50+ for shipping to send them back!! (The total amount was $64!) Do not buy from them!

Prescription is wrong, shipping was slow, service was nonexistent. All you have to do is read the response to other reviews to see the professionalism of this company. Run. RUN!!

What an absolutely horrible company. I chose frames that were returned in their search for Progressives. The first set of 3 pairs never got to me. It took them a month to re-make them because they would not admit that they were lost in the mail. Once the glasses arrived, I found that I could not see out of the bottom 1/4" of the lenses on any of the 3 pairs, it was completely blurry and distorted. Muukal's response was that they recommended against large frames for Progressives. Ok, so why does your website recommend them for Progressives? Nowhere on your site does it say that you recommend against larger frames for Progressives. They wanted to remake my glasses in smaller frames, which I cannot use. I refused. They refuse to honor their 100% manufacturer error. They now claim that my paypal account is frozen so they can't give me any refund at all. There is nothing wrong with my paypal account yet they refuse to contact paypal themselves. I will never deal with this bunch of thieves again.

Simplemente perdí mi dinero de 3 espejuelos 2 no sirven. Me enviaron otro para remplazar uno y también es defectuoso

BUYER BEWARE---this place should get 0 stars. i got the three pairs of glasses, two of the frames seemed different than website photos, the third i couldn't read with at all. you can return for no reason for a lousy 50% refund or store credit. i decided to cut my losses and accept even 50% as better than nothing, then they regret to inform you that you have to pay shipping to return glasses to china. what a rip-off.

Purchased three pairs of glasses and a glasses case. Shipping was the advanced shipping. My order went to someone else in another state! I messaged customer service. Then they wanted me to confirm my address and provided another person's information in yet another state! Asked to cancel at this point. Company did not honor this even though it was due to their mistakes. Received one pair of the glasses yesterday. When I messaged the company they said that I ordered three different pairs then what I actually ordered and were confused. Then today I received a duplicate pair of the same glasses the day before. After over a month the company still can't get it right. Horrible....Horrible...company. Would never order from this company again. What good are cute glasses if they never come? I've also had to do more work sorting everything out with this company then I do at my job. Not worth the time and frustration. Place an order at your own risk.

Do not order progressives from this company. They advertise 3 for $119. I got three pair of glasses. The frames seemed like great quality but we could not see out of the lenses AT ALL. They advertise 100% refund/guarantee against manufacturing or workmanship issues. I took the glasses to a professional and I would have to lift the glasses and move them to the side to see out of the bifocal part of the lens. This company refused to replace all three pair. They said I chose frames too large. This is not my first time ordering online and I’ve never had a problem before. They offered to replace one pair but would do nothing else at all even if that pair didn’t work. They didn’t want the three pair back at this time. I chose a smaller frame for my husband just to try to get one good pair and they are okay but he can not see close up to read his phone!!! Do not think PayPal will help you either because the vendor will then offer a full refund if you ship the three pair with a tracking number back. That shipping was $60 alone. Do not use this company, MUUKALOPTICAL.

My eyeglasses were sent to an address in Texas. I live in West Virginia. Needless to say, I still have not received my glasses, which I ordered on June 10, 2024.
