I don't think my experience was great. It took FOREVER to get the glasses and they were very cheaply made. I usually get my glasses from Zenni and I will continue to do so. The frames were so flimsy.

I've tried and tried but the bifocal is too high on the glasses. I almost have to look over the glasses to see where I'm going.

My husband and I ordered multi focal in standard glasses and sun glasses. We both can’t see out of them properly as there is too much distortion. I would suggest ordering either reading or distance and not multi focal. Muukal reached out after seeing this review and asked to see photos with glasses on which was sent with 3 following emails with no response.

My package was lost. I haven't received it on the week the said it was delivered. Instead of fixing the issue i was told to wait longer. I need glasses for my son to start school. I ordered over a month ago!! I spent the 100$ on 3 pair and recieved not 1 pair or help with fixing the issue as of yet.

Hello, your package shows as delivered, but you approached us saying it hasn't been delivered. Yesterday, we said it would take two days to investigate the matter, but you sent these bad comments immediately . We believe this is unfair,what's your advise?

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and one of the frames broke the first time I put it on, the lens fell out on the floor. I contacted them and they wanted to send me a new frame and I could pay an optical store to put the lenses in. I told them to just give me a refund and they responded that I would have to send the glasses to China and then I would only get a 50% refund. What a joke! One of the other pairs was supposed to be gray and it turned out to be black with some maroon color trim. This was a total waste of $$. Their response below is a joke. I never said the first pair didn’t look good. The description said gray and it was not. I already have black glasses. The second pair was broken when I put them on. The lens fell out as I stated above. Muukal do not call me a liar!

Sorry, what you said is not true. After the package was delivered, you said one of the pairs didn't look good, and we sent a new pair of replacement frames according to your choice immediately . Later, you came to us and said one of the pairs was broken. We said we could send a replacement frame, but you refused and sent a bad review. This is the truth

if they pay me for refund I would take my review off. The glasses are in China where I returned.. the glasses were 3 pr $153 . I agreeded on $125 refund.. I paided for $18 for shipping and customs. Muukal says I still owe a Tariff fee. I'm on limited income . I have sent them invoice and link to pay since May. It is now August still not paided

Sorry, what you said is not true. At the beginning, you told us that there was a problem with one pair of glasses, and we made a new pair. However, after delivery, you told us that all three pairs of glasses had problems, which confused us. We are very sorry
