I loved them the first time I ordered… now I got the wrong order 2 weeks ago and nobody will answer help. I will probably need to have my bank reverse the charges if I can’t get somebody today. The customer service is non existent or doesn’t care Shame on them

The tint is very light and not at all what I expected.

Hello, Photochromic has two characteristics. First, it will take 10 minutes to be exposed to light to change the color. The stronger the light, the darker the color. Second, the photochromic is not tinted sunglasses, and it cannot be as dark as sunglasses. Our lenses will be tested more than three times before they are sent out. They are definitely made according to the customer’s require. You can check it again,thank you so much.

They are not the right prescription and the glasses are small they sit to far down on my nose. They make me feel sick.

Four days ago I received the two non- prescription glasses I ordered. The frames seem to be of good quality. The reason for my rating is that the look of the glasses are quite different from what I thought I was buying. I’m very disappointed in how they look on.

Bought 3 pair of progressives, only 1 pair seems to work. 2 pair make me cross eyed. Returns only pay back 50% less shipping charge. I won't buy from here again. Back to Zenni for glasses.

The frames are great The vision doesn’t seem correct despite the prescription listed exactly as the doctor had it. Also one pair came as sunglasses when I ordered them with clear lenses. I’m not sure what to do.
