Hello, We have remade two new pairs of glasses for you previously , but it is very unfair for you to claim that they are not photochromic after receiving them again. Have you tested them?

The second order of glasses were all the wrong prescription and customer service is non english speaking. The glasses ARE CUTE but both my initial glasses broke due to rotten quality. Save your money and get them elsewhere.

Poor customer service
Response from MuukalOpticalAug 23, 2024
We are very sorry, we have checked all the emails and did not find any contact between you and us, so why do you say our service is poor? After getting in touch, the customer said that we needed a month for delivery, but the fact is that we only took 12 days. The customer said they made a mistake with the timeline and said that none of our 6 pairs of glasses worked, but they only bought three pairs from our company. So what is the truth? Please do not send incorrect comments casually, this really makes us angry!

Glasses don’t fit and the prescription is distorted. Looked up info on returning and not worth my time. Very unsatisfied. Also can’t even find my order on the website

The frames were very flimsy. I don't think prescription was correct due to blurry vision. The distance vision was way off. I can't read road signs until I get right upon them. Gonna have to get new glasses. I didn't return glasses due to the fact they are progressive lenses and was giving my eyes time to adjust. I don't think that is going to happen. Very disappointed.

This was far from my prescription, even after reviewing with my DR they sent something complete off. Do not waste your money. I don’t recommend.
