Buyer Beware!! I bought the 3 pairs for $119 and was so excited until I got my glasses 1 month later. I tried all of the glasses and everything was blurry. I checked the prescription and Muukal checked and they were correct but I could NOT see. I tried wearing them for a couple of days but they made me dizzy, sick to my stomach and I could not see things due to the blurriness. I asked for a refund but Muukal kept trying to get me to order a 4th pair. Even though the website said they have a 30 day return policy and exchange and if not satisfied no worry, no hassle; I have been seriously hassled, feel deceived, disgusted and beyond frustrated. I did not want a 4th pair I cannot use and be out more money. So I returned the glasses, sent a photo of the return slip in an email and paid over $30's for shipping back to China. They would not accept the return and now I am out $150+ and do not have any glasses. This is the worst experience I have ever had buying something online. I DO NOT and will NEVER recommend them to anybody. They have horrible customer service.

For 3+ months Muukal has been jerking me around, Now with my dispute I filed via paypal...they made my progressive lenses wrong (I ordered 3 different pair and none of them I can read out out the right eye), Muukal will not make me new lenses. They low balled my refund offers ($80), Wil only give full amount if I ship them back, with the customer paying the return shipping and customs fees from the USA for their DEFECTIVE lenses. Return shipping will be about $90 on a $164 order. (My order #12405163124). AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Muukal will not send a prepaid shipping label to pay for the return of glasses with incorrectly manufactured lenses. Repy to Muukal: I ordered progressives because I need them for both near and far vision. I could not see near vision from the right eye with any of the 3 pair of your subpar progressive lenses, so in order to determine if my script was correct or your incompetent employees made my lenses wrong, I asked Muukal to make me reading only glasses, (I stated that to customer service that it was a test) once those readers arrived, I found I could read with them through BOTH the left and RIGHT eye, that proved that the script is correct and that Muukal messed up making my original progressive lenses that I am still in need of and Muukal continues to ask stupid questions and drag out giving me a refund as it is obvious they do not want to make me new progressive lenses or refund me in full by paying for the return shipping due to their mistake

I have tried to contact the customer service department twice via email and have received no response in regards to my order. Received spectacles but the lens did not work for me. Emailed two times in regards to if my prescription was input wrong and how much it would cost for replacements, but there have been no emails replying to my questions.

I ordered three pairs of glasses, and all three were unwearable. The prescription was severely messed up. I worked with a service provider for the last few months and finally got 1 pair, but according the the provider, the company will only replace one pair. Doesn't make sense, but I'm so done trying to communicate. Sadly, not worth my time to continue trying to explain to the Muukal. Never ever again... So apparently after Muukal's reply, it is apparent that I need to explain fully. Why am I wasting my time??? I guess because I did put my name on my review... So here goes - I did provide the correct prescription originally, and I sent a screenshot from your (Muukal's) email of my order confirming that. When you asked for the prescription again, I accidentally sent my husband's and immediately told you that was a mistake when you said it was different. So, yes, that was my mistake but it was not the prescription I sent in my order... I even had the eye doctor send me the prescription again (your request), which I did send to you AGAIN since you wanted a paper prescription. Then you said that my PD was wrong after you had me take photos of myself in the new glasses and the pair I wear. Because the process was spanning a significant amount of time (mostly my fault), I did have another eye appointment that showed that my PD was, in fact, correct. That was why I sent the new prescription! AND, I told you that it was a new prescription from the eye doctor. I would have been happy with the very first prescription as I am wearing a pair of glasses right now with that prescription that work perfectly fine. So all of your reasons were that I didn't send the right prescription (which I did -go back and look at the thread) and that my PD didn't work with the glasses I ordered. My thought is that if my PD wouldn't work with the glasses, why would you all make them in the first place? The pair that you did send worked fine and the frames are larger than the three I ordered. Regardless, all I wanted from the get go was to send back these three pair (still sitting on my counter) and receive three working pairs that I paid for and with the prescription that I sent with the order. I cannot believe that you asked how was this your mistake? Maybe a language barrier? I don't know but I'm 56 years old and this issue has taken up way too much of my life. Muukal, your glasses didn't work. I just wanted them fixed, but you would not honor your product. Bottom line.

I can't use the glasses at all. I think the reading is on top and distance is on the bottom, and I don't think the reading is right. I am extremely disappointed that I have 3 pairs of glasses I can't use and and am out the cost of the glasses. I would not use your services again no recommend you.

Edit 2 - Emailed them again after a week of no contact. Got a reply. They said they would refund half , for an unusable product is not like I changed my mind I literally can't use them! Only IF I take down my review. At this point I see more value in leaving this up than getting half my money back. **Edit 1 - changed my rating to from 2 stars to 1 star as all communications to try and rectify the unusable glasses have ceased. They ask you to for your order number in their reply to your review then nothing happens as they use it against you to threaten and blackmail you into removing the review otherwise they won't help you. Received my glasses very quickly. The frames appear to be decent quality. Beyond that I can't give any more feedback. You see I can't actually use any of the 3 pairs of glasses I purchased and dealing with customer service is becoming a bit of a nightmare. I use multifocals the only way I can use any of the glasses I purchased is if I lift up and away from my nose. The short distance lens is too low on every pair. I was asked to provide my script. I have my script on email as that's how my optometrist sent it to me. So I forwarded the email. That stated a back and forth of 2 to 3 emails where they were asking for the paper copy. I eventually made them understand that me physically going into the opt and having him print on a piece of paper what he had sent me electronically was not going to change anything. I have been told it was my pd. Checked that. It's not. I have been told the frames I chose are too big for me. They are very similar in size to my current frames. In fact 1 pair is slightly smaller. 1 pair is exactly the same size and one is slightly larger. I feel like I am just going round in circles with customer service and their plan is to baffle you with BS to get out of actually rectifying the problem so you will just go away. I have ordered my glasses online before and they have been perfect. In fact the ones I am wearing now I ordered online and haven't had any issues.

I've had several problems with the two pairs of glasses I ordered, part of it is on me for not doing my research, but the glasses themselves are low quality. My first problem, before even getting the glasses, really is on me--I did not realize these were coming from overseas. I paid extra for expedited shipping, expecting my glasses within 5-8 days of ordering. It was well over a month before I got them. When I received my glasses the pair I thought were translucent framed were definitely darker than anticipated. The marbled pair ended up being wrapped I believe and just looked cheap. The next problem I have is with the transition lenses I spent extra money on, hardly show many change to the tinting-definitely not sunglass level I was expecting. Now let's talk about the quality...within two months of having these glasses both have broken. The dark/translucent pair lost an arm/stick in the morning when putting them on-nothing aggressive. That afternoon, wearing the purple marble glasses I went to lean into my husbands chest and the arm/stick of that pair snapped in two-I barely touched my head to his chest, there should have been no reason for them to have snapped other than the fact they are very cheaply made.
