Not enough communication. Great glasses!!

Glasses came super fast and prescription was perfect! Only thing was that I was trying to add on some sunglasses which customer service answered almost immediately but never added the sunglasses to my order. Otherwise can't wait to order more glasses in the near future!!!

I absolutely love my glasses! They are so pretty! I got 2 pairs. Both bifocals but a regular pair and a pair of sunglasses. I've gotten so many compliments on them. The one and only reason I gave it only 4 stars is because of the time it took to get them. If it was faster I would have given them more than 5 stars if I could have! I am so happy with them! Love them!

First, thanks for the glasses. I ordered 3 pairs at a great price especially for my strong prescription. The prescription and the fitting is on point. For the glasses with clip-ons, I expected a better quality material but will keep for casual occasions. The one major disappointment with the other two pairs are the transition to shades are not dark enough. They transition to a light tint. Barely noticeable. Can I get darker transitions ?

The prices are great, customer service is wonderful and the glasses are awesome!
